For any question about the Lucerna app — including playback issues, account or subscription questions, content suggestions, or anything else — please email support@getlucerna.faith.

We read every message and reply within a few days. Please include your device model and iOS version if you are reporting a problem with playback or download.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. To view, change, or cancel your subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Apple manages all billing, refunds, and cancellations for App Store subscriptions.

Account deletion

To delete your Lucerna account and any data associated with it, email support@getlucerna.faith from the address tied to your account. We respond to deletion requests within a few days.
